Introduction
Ọnwá ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and values the preservation and sharing of cultural heritage. This policy explains how we handle copyright matters within the Ọnwá mobile app (the “App”) and how to contact us regarding any concerns.
Ownership of Content
All content, designs, code, and interface elements within the Ọnwá app are the property of AionTech or its licensors and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted.
Use of Third-Party and Cultural Images
Ọnwá includes historical, cultural, and festival-related imagery that may originate from public archives, museums, or freely licensed collections. These materials are included for educational, cultural, and informational purposes only.
- Where possible, images are used under open or Creative Commons licenses with attribution.
- If attribution or ownership information was unavailable, we use such materials under good-faith fair use for cultural education.
- We do not claim ownership of third-party images or artworks featured within the App’s historical or festival sections.
Requests for Attribution or Removal
If you are the rightful owner of any image or material appearing in Ọnwá and believe it has been used without appropriate credit or authorization, please contact us. We will promptly review and, if necessary, remove or update the content.
